Director HR Studies IGS Group and IGS-RH school. Graduated from Sciences Po Aix and MBA from EM Lyon, Lionel Prud’homme has a PhD in Management Sciences (Paris-Assas University). He has held diverse International HRD positions at HP, Motorola, Suez, Alstom and CWT. Lionel has been actively involved in the CIFFOP Master program (Paris-Assas University) and has been a lecturer in Executive programs with HEC Business School and Sciences Po.
He recently published « Manageri-al fashions: social vogues or social markers? » in Zerbib R. (2020), Managerial Fashions (EMS, Paris) and has contributed to other collective books. He joined IGS to lead both the HR Studies depart-ment and the HR Research Center. Lionel also heads the Human Resources Management School - IGS-RH Paris.
