Academic Sponsor Lionel Prud’homme
Director HR Studies Groupe IGENSIA Education's (formerly Groupe IGS) and IGS-RH school. Graduated from Sciences Po Aix and MBA from EM Lyon, Lionel Prud’homme has a PhD in Management Sciences (Paris-Assas University). He has held diverse International HRD positions at HP, Motorola, Suez, Alstom and CWT. Lionel has been actively involved in the CIFFOP Master program (Paris-Assas University) and has been a lecturer in Executive programs with HEC Business School and Sciences Po.
He recently published "Managerial fashions: social vogues or social markers?" in Zerbib R. (2020), Managerial Fashions (EMS, Paris) and has contributed to other collective books. He joined the Groupe IGENSIA Education's (formerly Groupe IGS) to lead both the HR Studies department and the HR Research Center. Lionel also heads the Human Resources Management School - IGS-RH Paris.
