Dr. Richard J. Major spent 10 years in business and construction entrepreneurship, 5 years as an IT customer services manager and 15 years as international head of human resources at Hewlett Packard and Solectron Corporation, based in France and California, where he started, developed, merged, reorganized and closed entities. With American and French nationalities, cultures and languages, he has lived on four continents and managed teams around the world. As vice president of HR Global Operations at Solectron, he covered the Global HR Business Partners team in charge of designing and deploying global HR processes across all sites. Richard has guided management teams in formulating and deploying their strategies in volatile and complex environments. His passion is to develop managers’ leadership and organizational agility, while removing geographical and functional barriers. Doctor of Management Sciences, graduate of Master II HR and Master II Research from the IAE Aix in Provence, Dr. Major lectures, consults leadership teams, and teaches Strategy, Global HR, Leadership and Transformation at IGS-RH.

Elena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid, where she graduated in 2017. This deep interest on human nature and behaviours led her to pursue a career in the field of Human Resources, so she worked for nearly a year and a half in an Executive search consulting firm in Madrid, Spain. Driven by the curiosity and dynamism that characterise her, she then decided to continue learning and started a Double Master's Degree in International HR Management at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and IGS-RH Paris, graduating in 2019. Since then, she has been growing in multinational corporate environments, working for L'Oréal in Paris and now in a global learning role at Unilever in Barcelona.
